Analytics: Overview of Your Company's Activity

Learn about the Analytics section in Kokoro and understand the key indicators and metrics that help you monitor your company's activity and track your recruitment processes.

What is Analytics?

Analytics is the section in Kokoro that brings together key indicators and metrics about your company's activity within the platform.

It provides an overview of your recruitment processes, candidate participation, and overall activity trends over time.


How do I access Analytics?

  1. Log in to your Kokoro account.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Analytics.

Within this section, you'll find different indicators and charts summarizing your company's activity.


What information is available in Analytics?

General Indicators

At the top of the page, you'll find a summary of your company's key activity indicators.

Total Assessments

Total number of assessments created in your account.

Active

Number of assessments that are currently active.

Archived

Number of archived assessments.

Invited Candidates

Total number of candidates invited to complete assessments.

Completed Assessments

Number of candidates who completed their assessments.

Average Completion Time

Average time candidates take to complete an assessment.


Conversion Funnel

Displays the candidates' progress throughout the assessment process.

It includes:

  • Total invited candidates

  • Completed assessments

  • Pending assessments

This indicator helps you understand your assessment completion rate.


Last 6 Months Activity

Shows a chart comparing your company's activity over the last six months.

It displays:

  • Invited candidates

  • Completed assessments

This allows you to analyze recruitment activity trends over time.


Top Active Assessments

Displays the assessments with the highest activity within your account.

For each assessment, you can see:

  • Number of invited candidates

  • Assessment completion rate

Clicking on an assessment opens its detailed view.


Upcoming Expirations

Displays assessments that have pending candidates and are approaching their expiration date.

This helps you identify assessments that may require follow-up before they expire.


Activity by Day of the Week

Shows the number of completed assessments during the last three months, grouped by day of the week.

This chart helps identify when candidates are most likely to complete their assessments.


Assessments Without Activity

Lists assessments with pending candidates that have had no activity for more than seven days.

This information helps identify recruitment processes that may require follow-up.


Monthly Metrics

At the bottom of the Analytics page, you'll find the Monthly Metrics table.

The information is displayed from the most recent month to the oldest.

The table includes the following columns:

Month

The reporting period.

Assessed

Number of candidates invited to complete assessments during that month.

Completed

Number of candidates who completed their assessments during that month.

Completion Rate

Percentage of candidates who completed their assessments compared to the total number invited during that month.

To simplify interpretation, this indicator uses color coding:

🟢 Green: High completion rate.

🟡 Yellow: Medium completion rate.

🔴 Red: Low completion rate.

This makes it easy to identify months with higher or lower candidate engagement.

Processes

Number of recruitment processes with activity during the selected month.


How to Interpret Analytics

Analytics helps answer questions such as:

  • How many assessments does my company currently have?

  • What percentage of candidates complete their assessments?

  • Which assessments have the highest activity?

  • Which recruitment processes require follow-up?

  • How has recruitment activity evolved over recent months?

  • What was the monthly completion rate?

Analytics provides a comprehensive overview of your company's recruitment activity, helping you monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.


Important Considerations

  • Analytics displays consolidated information about your company's activity within Kokoro.

  • Indicators and charts are automatically updated based on your recruitment activity.

  • The Monthly Metrics table displays information from the most recent month to the oldest.

  • The completion rate uses color coding to make monthly performance easier to interpret.
