These channels are available for both interested users with a demo account and active clients:
Help Center: You can resolve your questions directly through our knowledge base. Log in to your Kokoro account and click the black button located at the bottom right corner.
Online Chat: If, after reviewing the Help Center, you need more personalized assistance, you can contact us through our online chat, available within the orange Kokoro bubble inside your account.

Support Options for Users with an Account
If you already have an account with us (either a demo or active account), in addition to the general support options, you can access:
Introduction / Training Meeting:
Users with a demo account or new clients can schedule a meeting to learn more about our platform. In these cases, we will send a link to our calendar so you can choose the date and time that best suits your availability.
Support Options for Clients
If you are already an active client, you will have access to:
Personalized Initial Training:
We will schedule a guided session with one of our psychologists, who will introduce you to our platform and assist you with the initial creation of your profiles.
